TAPENADE (savoury olive spread)
Ingredients
-200 g pitted black olives
-5 anchovy filets in oil
-8 small capers
-1 clove of garlic
-3 tablespoons of olive oil
Crush the clove of garlic
Finely mix the anchovy filets, capers, crushed garlic and black olives in a blender with the olive oil.
